CHN Covid -19 Response

To the CHN Community,

 

In response to the evolving COVID-19 situation, CHN is implementing several important service modifications for the health and safety of our clients, patients, staff, and community. These changes will go into effect immediately until April 17, 2020.

Service Modifications (Please contact your office for specific hours of service):

 

  • Clinical Services: Medical and Dental services will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for urgent and emergent visits only, only by appointment. Behavioral Health services will operate by appointment only.
     

  • Case management, Housing Services, and Health Access/Insurance Navigation services will only be provided via phone or email. No in-person appointments will be taken at this time.
     

  • Food banks will provide “to-go” bags. Please contact your regional office (numbers below) for days and times for pick up.
     

  • Access Point/Syringe Exchange will provide “to-go” kits and reduce lobby wait times
     

  • HeyDenver (HIV/STI Testing) will reduce hours, please see heydenver.org for more info

 

  • Enhanced safety protocols are in place to support social distancing and CDC recommendations. Please contact your office for more information.
